This role involves providing exceptional IT support to clients and employees, managing PC and MAC environments, and participating in IT/AV support, including the Personal Support Center. Requirements
- Maintain and support a mixed PC and MAC technology environment
- Diagnose and repair telecom and networking infrastructure
- Participate in departmental & client meetings
- Adhere to and enforce the appropriate information security policies
- Assist with the rollout and support of new technologies
- Perform all other duties as assigned
