Job Description
This part-time Head Coach position will guide and develop student athletes in the Cheerleading Program at the Holy Cross College. The coach will provide instruction, advisory duties, and serve as a liaison between the cheer team and the Student Involvement Office. The role requires a leadership skill to develop a cohesive team and a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor degree or current enrollment in a bachelor’s program preferred
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- USA Cheer or UCA/NCA certification/membership
- Ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays
