Workday HCM, Compensation & Advanced Compensation / Talent, Senior Principal Consultant

Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.

Requirements

• Become a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation or Talent product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
• Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants within the projects, and willingness to take a leadership position as a Collaborative or Workday Product Partner Lead.
