Cognizant Workday Practice is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead the Integrations practice in their Global Delivery Centre in Manila. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Workday implementation experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Workday implementation experience
- Active Workday Certification – Integrations Core
- Proven experience leading a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
