Tax Accountant

Collabera is seeking a Tax Accountant to assist with individual federal and state tax return preparation, possible preparation of Form 709 gift tax returns, and other tax-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 4-7 years of experience with individual 1040 tax preparation, and proficiency in Go-Systems Individual 1040 tax software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Four to seven years Individual 1040 Income Tax preparation experience
• Must have 2016 PTIN
• Proficiency in Go-Systems Individual 1040 tax software
• EA or CPA is a plus
• Working knowledge in MS Word and Excel programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail needed
• Strong time management skills needed
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills needed
