Job Description
Collabera is seeking an HRIS Analyst III to provide functional expertise for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM's Manager Self Service module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of standard HR processes and practice, as well as PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills, with experience in HRIS systems and process design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR or systems-related field
- Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
