As a Data Analyst, you will work with employee data, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to employees. You will be part of a team that collaborates to achieve high quality and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Resolving queries of client's employees through Case management tool and phone
- Data entry and preparation of documentation such as relieving letter and offer letter in HR tool
- Working with all stakeholders to provide accurate and timely resolution for employee queries
- End-to-end data entry for newly hired employees at client's site using HRMS
- Adhering to SLA, quality, and compliance while performing data entry tasks
