Collabera, a leader in IT staffing, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level III) to assist customers with account-related questions and issues via phone and correspondence. The role requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products, and services, as well as good communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Call Center/Customer Service assessment score with 80% min
- Typing skills test with 30-40 wpm
- 2-5 years of experience as a CSR
- BILINGUAL (Spanish and English) a plus
