Job Description
Colibrix One is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients and partners with acquiring and payment systems. This role involves handling technical inquiries, performing diagnostics, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Russian, and technical payment processing concepts.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the fintech industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
- Knowledge of the principles of operation, payment terminals and payment gateways
- Experience with incident management and monitoring systems (e.g., Intercom, JIRA, Grafana, Asana)
- Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new information
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work in shifts, including both day and night
- 24/7 customer support
