Director of Advancement Operations

The Director of Advancement Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Advancement Operations and Research department, including managing the Advancement Raiser's Edge NXT database, integrating third-party software, and training staff. The director must be able to effectively organize and prioritize multiple projects, maintain focus on details, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
• 5 years of experience in higher education fundraising or a relevant professional setting
• 5 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated skills in leadership and management
