Requirements

• Work independently and lead others by example
• Have a valid driving license, category B
• Have experience with asphalt work or experience from the construction industry
• Be responsible and dignified
• Have a good overview and a sense of detail
• Be good at planning and organizing work
• Engage and drive Colas forward
• Be flexible in terms of work assignments and working hours
• Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues and customers
