Chargé d'Affaires / Conducteur de travaux - Equipements de la Route H/F

We are recruiting for a Deputy Chief / Construction Site Manager - Road Equipment position at our Security IDF NORD establishment in Ile Saint Denis. The role involves organizing, monitoring, and ensuring the good realization of construction sites, including safety development work, horizontal and vertical signage.

Requirements

• Preparing and carrying out one or more construction sites
• Managing and organizing the technical, human, and financial means to be implemented
• Choosing, negotiating the financial, and procuring materials and equipment
• Managing the personnel of your teams (Coordination of actions, control of activity...)
• Respecting (applying) safety rules on site
• Meeting deadlines for realization
• Quality of the work performed / realization and respect of the budget
• Daily relations with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers
