Job Description
CoLab helps engineering teams bring products to market faster by offering a Design Engagement System (DES). This role as a Strategic Customer Success Manager focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key aerospace and defense customers, driving business transformation, and ensuring ROI. The CSM will lead post-sale activities, manage executive alignment, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver customer success.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Enterprise Account Management
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, or complex engineering/manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with data-driven strategic planning
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation
- Comfort navigating complex compliance and procurement processes
