Job Description
CoLab is a cloud-based platform for engineering design review aiming to help mechanical engineering teams bring products to market faster. They are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to review NDAs, negotiate SaaS contracts, and partner with Sales and Security to ensure data protection and business processes are well-managed. The role involves hands-on operational experience and the ability to think outside the box.
