Global Finance Director

Coins.ph is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to lead and scale their global finance team. This role focuses on overseeing financial management across Philippines, Thailand, Brazil, and other international markets, aligning with Coin.ph’s strategic growth objectives. The Finance Director will also be a key member of the leadership team, driving strategic financial planning and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.

Requirements

• Lead the development of financial strategies aligned with Coin.ph's growth objectives.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.
• Manage the finance team in the Philippines, providing oversight for finance operations in other markets.
• Partner with local GMs and country leads to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Lead relationships with auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and external partners.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global finance team.
