Job Description
Coinbase is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Payments team within the Consumer Product Group. This role focuses on enhancing the user experience for cryptocurrency payments, especially send and receive, and driving growth through innovative products. The team is ambitious with a commitment to high-quality code and engineering processes, fostering a collaborative culture. The manager will build and lead engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in peer-to-peer payments.
- Experience in crypto, particularly blockchain networks.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 2 years of engineering management experience leading consumer products.
- Strong understanding of high-quality code and software engineering processes.
