Job Description
Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst to join a Series C digital health company. This role involves working closely with clinical, program implementation, and operation experts to support data-driven clinical programs, including improvements in payor/provider collaboration, quality of care, and healthcare utilization. The position is project-based and requires adaptability and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in a big-data analytics role
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to use statistical analysis and modeling tools (SQL, Python)
- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminology
- Experience with clinical and utilization management programs preferred
- Experience with dashboards and self service business intelligence tools
- Collaboration with internal and external business stakeholders
- Project Execution: Experience owning complex projects
