Lead Data Scientist- Fraud, Waste & Abuse

Cohere Health is seeking innovative individuals to join their data science team and drive strategic insights related to healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse. The role involves identifying, investigating, validating, and preventing fraudulent activities, utilizing various data sources. Requirements

• MSc or higher degree in a data science/analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering related field
• 7+ years hands-on data science experience at a critical healthcare health outcome performance organization.
• Expert in data mining in the healthcare insurance industry and claims.
• Knowledge of the law and regulations related to FWA investigations.
• Proficiency in data mining/data analysis methods using tools like Python, PySpark, Scala and Spark SQL.
• Strong communication skills, data visualization, and presentation abilities.
