Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Lic. in Computer Science, or related field
- Specialization in system analysis, design, and programming
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system development
- 1 to 3 years in technical leadership or management roles
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL,.Net, Java, JSP, PHP, C++
- Project planning and management tools expertise
- Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Occasional travel availability
- Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and team supervision skills.
