Tax Senior Manager, Privately Held Businesses

We are looking for a Tax Senior Manager to lead our privately held businesses, including private equity and joint venture ownership. The role involves tax planning, compliance, and consulting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• CPA or JD required
• 5-10 years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm
• Knowledge and previous experience working within Private Client Services taxation
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong external and internal communication skills
• Understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.
