Tax Senior Accountant, Private Funds

Cohen & Co is seeking a Tax Senior Accountant to join their Private Funds group. This role focuses on serving hedge fund clients, serving alongside private equity, fund of funds, and real estate funds, and delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license or progress toward CPA
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or asset management tax
• Strong understanding of partnership taxation and fund structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute beyond compliance work
