Job Description
We are seeking an experienced US Payroll TL/ Assistant Manager to lead and manage our payroll operations team, overseeing complete end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while leading and mentoring a team of 8-15 payroll associates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in US payroll, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience handling end-to-end payroll processes
- Proven experience managing a team of 10–15 members
- Excellent client-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shift and handle US stakeholders effectively
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in the US
