Executive Director

We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure the quality of care and services provided. This role includes maintaining financial stability, managing budgets and cash flow, overseeing staffing practices, and handling daily operations in line with government agency guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services
• Licensed Administrator (per state requirements) in good standing
• At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation
• Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
