Care Partner

Cogir Senior Living is seeking passionate and dedicated Care Partners to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence. Care Partners will work as part of a team, contributing to a supportive and nurturing environment for residents. Multiple shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to residents' dignity.
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and integrity.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
