The role involves mentoring, facilitation, and participation in testing activities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software environment.
• Proficiency in German and very good English.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong moderation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on, open to change and able to motivate and inspire teams.
