Job Description
We are looking for a Service Writer to provide support to the Shop Supervisor and shop staff, act as a liaison between customers and the shop, and ensure timely and accurately documented work completion.
Requirements
- Valid current Iowa driver's license
- 1 year of employment in diesel or automotive environment, including scheduling
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic math, language and logic skills
- Ability to communicate and work positively and professionally in English
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to be flexible with schedules and routines
