Technical Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead to lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for the banking domain. This role focuses on technical delivery, building systems, mentoring developers, and ensuring best engineering practices. Requirements

• At least 10 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in NodeJS, Python, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ReactJS or Angular
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Demonstrated experience in Software Architecture and Design for complex systems
• Experience with one of the cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), Azure is preferred
• Proficiency with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration
• Fluent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
