Part-Time Program Coordinator (Hybrid)

Other Code2College is dramatically increasing the number of minority and low-income high school students who enter and excel in STEM undergraduate majors and careers and is looking to hire several Part-Time Program Coordinators to support its mission.

Requirements

• Support technical projects, professional communication and stakeholder engagement, as well as a cohort of students and schools in Central Texas and across the United States.
• Support virtual courses, and participate in Code2College in-person events, such as recruitment events, workshops, promotional events, partner events, and lunch and learns.
• Track and analyze student-level performance data to identify meaningful and actionable insights regarding programmatic effectiveness, and to identify and act on areas for improvement.
• Establish and leverage relationships with student participants, volunteer instructors, and other stakeholders to cultivate a sense of community within and across programs.

Benefits

• Hourly part-time rate of $15-20 per hour
• Maximum of 30 hours per week
• Exclusive work days from Monday to Friday
• Occasional Saturday expectations for in-person events
