Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who is highly autonomous, thrives in complex problem-solving, and is passionate about building resilient, scalable serverless systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, particularly in serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of how data flows through cloud-based systems, and where failures are likely to occur.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines—experience with Azure DevOps is preferred, but equivalent tools are acceptable.
• Skilled in debugging, root cause analysis, and proactive infrastructure monitoring, ideally using Datadog.
• Comfortable with coding and scripting (C#, NodeJS, Bash, etc.) and able to build infrastructure solutions hands-on.
• Self-starter—you take initiative, organize your work, prioritize effectively, and don’t require micromanagement.
• Calm under pressure during incidents, but focused on preventing them through automation and systems design.
• Excellent communicator who can explain technical problems and solutions to various stakeholders.
