Job Description
Cockroach Labs is seeking a Staff Enterprise Architect to help customers fully realize the technical and business benefits of their cloud-based database, CockroachDB. This role involves expert technical guidance, design, testing, migration, and implementation of CockroachDB solutions. The Architect will work with customers on a variety of challenges, driving adoption and building best practices for future solutions. The position requires an understanding of modern database technology and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience writing, developing and presenting technical content
- Deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL-based) and distributed systems
- Experience in designing and building cloud-based deployment infrastructures
- Expertise in analyzing, monitoring, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
