Job Description
COBS Bread is seeking personable Bakers to lead their freshness commitment and contribute to a great team environment. No prior experience is necessary, as individuals are welcome to learn and grow within a supportive team. Bakers will be responsible for baking fresh bread, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The position is part of a small team and has flexible hours.
Requirements
- Early riser who can work independently or as part of a team
- Good attitude and organizational skills
- Commitment to the success of the team, bakery, and own development
- Physical requirements for standing, walking, lifting and reaching
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg
