We are seeking a Claims Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client service and guidance on claims inquiries. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Requirements
- One year of customer service experience
- Sound knowledge of client service principles
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software, internet and email systems
- Provincial adjuster licenses and/or Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
