Requirements

• 10 years of progressive-related experience
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another field of study with relevant experience
• In-depth experience in client-facing large-package software technology solutions
• Experience leading the planning and successful execution of complex technology projects and/or initiatives
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Financial acumen to interpret and make decisions impacting projects and technology operations
• Applied experience in financial service and/or insurance
• Experience leading sizable teams to solve complex problems and operate innovatively in an engaged collaborative environment
