Job Description
Legacy Co-op is seeking a Full Time Health and Safety Advisor in Yorkton, SK to provide comprehensive health and safety services across all their locations. This role involves leading, promoting, and overseeing the development and implementation of a safety program, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will champion the brand values of Excellence, Respect, and Integrity.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education from a recognized educational institution including a OHS certificate.
- Valid Class 5 license and maintain it throughout employment.
- 3 Years of relevant experience
- Experience using online Safety tracking software and programs and competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership qualities and excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Flexible working weekends and holidays and on call to support the retail as required.
