The Hardware Supervisor will perform various responsibilities in the operation of the Hardware Department, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. This includes leading the direction for Team Members, ensuring safe and effective operations, and providing professional service to our Members and Guests.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous Hardware experience
• Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork)
• Professional, people-first, Guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Valid class 5 license
