Job Description
Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Director, Commodity Marketing on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will champion marketing excellence through innovative omni-channel campaigns that elevate customer and member experiences across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on consumer and retail marketing.
- Experience leading a team of direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
- Experience with cooperative advertising programs.
