CME Associates, Inc. is seeking a Construction Special Inspector to perform construction special inspections and material testing services on commercial construction sites within the Greater Elmira Area. The role involves performing tests and inspections for various materials and reports findings accurately. The company provides comprehensive Construction Materials Evaluation and Technical Support Services.

Requirements

• Perform tests and inspections for soils, concrete, masonry, hot mix asphalt, spray applied fireproofing, welding & bolting, geotechnical investigations, structural steel, and more.
• Read construction drawings and specifications and interpret test results.
• Record and report results in a clear, concise manner.
• Communicate regularly with direct supervisor.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
