Private Markets Specialist

We are hiring a Private Markets Specialist to join the CMC CapX team, which combines deep capital-raising experience with cutting-edge technology to expand access and enhance liquidity in private markets.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other alternative investments.
• Experience structuring or executing primary capital raises and/or secondary market transactions.
• Familiarity with liquidity solutions, including direct secondaries, LP interests, and tender offers.
• Experience working with or within private secondary marketplaces (e.g., Forge, CartaX, EquityZen, Nasdaq Private Market).
• Knowledge of digital transaction platforms and compliance workflows in the private markets.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
