This is a key leadership role responsible for driving finance transformation, process improvement, and solution design across the Group Finance function.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives
- Review, document, and enhance core finance processes
- Partner with Finance leadership to identify and implement process automation and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with IT and external partners on solution design and delivery
- Build strong working relationships with Finance and other business unit stakeholders
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new finance systems or upgrades
- Ensure all process documentation and control frameworks align with BEIS and audit reform requirements
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to map current workflows and define future-state solutions
- Provide clear reporting and updates to senior management
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function
