Job Description
The Group CMA CGM is seeking an IT Support Technician for VIP & Audiovisual to ensure daily IT & audiovisual support of a very high level to the VIP of the Group, and guarantee the irreproachable operation of the strategic infrastructures of the headquarters (boardroom, meeting room, COMEX room), workstations, devices, as well as during major external events.
Requirements
- 7 years minimum of successful operational support experience
- Good level in professional audiovisual (video signal, audio, HDMI, NDI, broadcast formats)
- Knowledge of network architectures (IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, addressing, switch)
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and MacOs environments (installation and troubleshooting), as well as workstation administration tools (Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, GPO, print server)
- Experience with collaborative platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Pedagogical qualities to form the exploitation of IT and audiovisual solutions
