Job Description
CEVA Logistics is a global supply chain solutions provider looking for an Ocean Import Agent to strengthen its Ocean Operations team. The role involves handling import shipments, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, and resolving queries and problems.
Requirements
- Education at MBO level or equivalent
- Experience with suppliers and customers
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Operational experience in ocean freight
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Good mastery of automated systems and MS Office
