As HR Operations Support, you will be the reliable interface between HR, Operations, and Management. You will ensure that all administrative HR processes run correctly, promptly, and in compliance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration / HR operations in a dynamic environment (logistics, production, e-commerce, etc.)
- Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with HRIS/ATS (e.g. SAP HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) an advantage
- Good German skills, good English skills an advantage
- Basic understanding of labor law/compliance
