Customer Service Agent - AIR

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their Air Export department in Schiphol-Rijk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of the English language
• Operational experience in air freight or logistics is an asset
