AI Specialist

CM.com is looking for an AI Specialist to assist clients and improve Engage products. The role requires technical expertise and strategic customer interaction, and involves working with AI-powered personalization engine and Agentic AI platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying AI concepts in practical situations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Data skills: experience with SQL, query capabilities, and interpreting results through dashboarding
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Data Science knowledge: understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Consumer AI and Agentic AI
