Job Description
The Electrical Engineer will lead capital projects to support the business, providing day-to-day troubleshooting to Operations and Maintenance, and working with a team to maintain and improve the site's electrical and control systems. The role involves developing and implementing projects and managing budgets, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring junior engineers. The company is experiencing growth and looking for a proactive individual.
Requirements
- Proven project management skills
- Strong aptitude for Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC controls, drives, and I/O system
- Experience with Ethernet communications, PID Loops, tension control, and electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with medium voltage power systems, PLC data collection (FactoryTalk Historian and Transaction Manager), SQL, and computer hardware/assembly
- Minimum of a BS in Electrical Engineering (extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
