Specialist Learning & Development - Beauty Retail

Join a dynamic and structuring L&D team as a Specialist Learning & Development - Beauty Retail. Contribute to the construction of a solid training structure for an organization of 150 people in the headquarters and 2,000 in the national territory.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an L&D HR role and/or as a training expert consultant
• Knowledge of learning management logics and systems (LMS)
• Excellent mastery of PowerPoint and Canva for the creation of presentations and internal communication materials
• Good knowledge of Excel for the preparation of reports and data analysis
• Good knowledge of the English language (essential)
• Direct and collaborative approach, with the ability to work in teams
• Innovative attitude and desire to bring new ideas
• Availability for short trips across the national territory, sporadically, on different Italian cities
