Job Description
The Manager of Technical Delivery leads a team of customer-facing technical professionals responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SaaS implementations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with people leadership, customer-facing experience, and a bias toward operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Delivery (SaaS Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Implementation), with 2+ years in Team Lead or Manager roles
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery teams
- 2+ years of experience integrating with web APIs
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
- Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot, and work autonomously to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of Python, JSON, GitHub, terminal, and nice to have experience with JavaScript & TypeScript
