Job Description
Invited is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service to club members, driving success through personalized interactions and outstanding experiences. This role focuses on managing phone calls, reservations, and general inquiries, fostering connections, and promoting club offerings. The Concierge is a key part of the Member Experience team and embodies the club’s values of warmth, magic, and fond farewells.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role.
- Friendly and personable with a positive attitude.
- Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
