Banquet Setup Person

Invited is seeking a Banquet Setup Person to oversee the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet and event spaces. This role involves collaboration with event staff to ensure high-quality service, excellent presentation, and a positive member experience. The position requires demonstrating the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.

Requirements

• Set up tables, chairs, and table settings according to banquet event orders and floor plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Assist service and banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Communicate effectively with members and guests.
• Address issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
