Job Description
Invited is a dynamic owner and operator of private clubs offering amenities like championship golf courses and resorts. The Banquet Server role delivers exceptional food and beverage service during events and banquets, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees. The role focuses on providing high-quality service and working collaboratively with the banquet team.
Requirements
- Uphold service standards.
- Execute F&B orders, ensuring attentiveness and responsiveness.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, including special event features and dietary accommodations.
- Greet members and guests warmly.
- Address member/guest complaints.
- Complete daily side work.
- Follow company, club, and department policies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
